Diploma in Pharmacy - First Year Curriculum

This curriculum is based on the latest CTEVT guidelines. The first year of Diploma in Pharmacy includes foundational science and general education subjects common to all CTEVT health science programs.
📚 First Year Subjects

| Chemistry | Inorganic and physical chemistry for pharmacy |
| Zoology | Animal biology and classification |
| Botany | Plant biology, including medicinal plants |
| Mathematics, Statistics & Computer Applications | Basic math, data analysis, and computer fundamentals |
🧪 Assessment
- Each subject: 100 marks (80 theory + 20 internal)
- Practical and lab work included in science subjects
- Minimum 80% attendance required for board eligibility
⏳ Duration
The academic year runs for approximately 39 weeks, with daily classes and lab work as per schedule.
